High-voltage amplifier units

40-channel HV amplifier unitOKO produces a range of high-voltage amplifiers, to drive  MEMS and piezoelectric actuators.  

Unipolar DC HV amplifiers have  40 (20)  independent channels, each producing output in the range 0 to +300V.  These amplifiers are  specially designed to drive MEMS  devices and  deformable mirrors. Each unit  has 40 (20) identical indepndent amplifiers  with  gain of 55 (80).  The module  features compact 40x200x280mm size, weight of 1,2 kg, 20W energy consumption and works in any country with AC power supply in the range from 85 to 250 V. Full signal response is linear from DC to ~700 Hz on loads of up to 10 nF. Loads up to 10 uF can be driven with a lower cutoff frequency.  A number of units can be combined (stacked) to drive more than 40 (20) channels. Units with a bandwidth of ~5 kHz and/or bi-polar output  are available on a special order.

Bipolar DC HV amplifiers have 8 independent channels, each producing output in the range of -275 to +275 V .  These amplifiers are   designed to drive tube actuators and tip-tilt stages. Application include adaptive optics, beam control and scanning microscopes.  Each unit has 8 identical amplifiers with a gain of 50. The module features compact 40x200x280mm size, weight of 1,2 kg, 30W energy consumption and works in any country with AC power supply in the range from 85 to 250 V. Full signal response is linear from DC to ~3 kHz on a 5 nF load.  Custom amplifiers with a wider  voltage range (up to +/- 500V) and/or wider bandwidth are available on special order. 

A4MEMS module is a low-cost 3-channel high voltage unipolar amplifier. It does not require any high voltage power supply. Owing to integrated high voltage converter, the unit produces output of 0 to +300V in 3 independent amplifier channels with gain 55, in the frequency range of 0 to 800 Hz on a 5 nF load.    Single power supply with a voltage in the range of 18 to 25 V is needed to power the unit.
